Wow, I feel finally a little better today. I've had the worst cold since last Thursday. I really struggled and had to go off plan because I felt that I needed fruits and juices to combat the infection. I am confident that I've listened to what my body needed and not taken this as an excuse to pig out!

The downside is that my cravings are back in full force since I came out of ketosis of course. I'm putting myself back on induction for a few days so I can get back to fat-burning mode asap.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 October 2010:
1357 kcal Fat: 92.58g | Prot: 94.57g | Carb: 26.61g.   Breakfast: peperami, alpro soya milk, Coffee. Lunch: lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: broccoli, Mange Tout, Asparagus, kippers. Snacks/Other: No-sugar Dark Mocha chocolate, Mr Porky Prime Cut Scratchings, Cheesestrings. more...

Hi same as you dying as well since last thursday, went swimming , came out huge rain shower as we walkd to bus, had to cross bridge which flooded so our feet soaked, so know how you feel, You are doing great but stay away from those scratchings and cheese. I'm off to Doc tommorrow as my gums blistered and teeth aching so from tomorrow on juices and shakes.

Hi can you read my journal, I also made a comment about us all being ill. Hope you feeling better. But would like to know what you think about what I said about us all not feeling well, Cheers
