I have had difficulty following plan as I have had foods eliminated for allergies, non working GI tract and adrenal exhaustion. Despite me following 1600 calls a day, I never lost a pound. In fact, I've gained. Very disheartening as I navigate both regular and medical weight gain.

161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
