Weight Watchers was interesting. It's basically a hug box for people, which, when you're attempting a task like weight loss, isn't a bad thing. The meeting was short, apparently people get stickers for good things? It was pretty much go in, if people had a good week they say ho much they've lost and everyone claps and that person gets a sticker. Then the leader talks about the "hot issue" of the week. Yesterday's was Salad.

So meeting ended, I got my daily point allowance (40), did the new member thing, now I'm putzing around seeing if I can track both points and calories.

The comparison is intriguing. I was under my daily calories yesterday, but over my points. Then again I did order Chinese, and "Carbs are bad, mmkay?" for WW. But I think I did the take-out well, as soon as I got it I portioned out serving sizes for the soup and lo-mein. Apparently there was enough lo-mein for three meals! Hooray!

So anyway. Also signed up for the gym, and the location-only price was $30/mo less than the regular plan, which allows you access to all their locations. Score! Next week I get back into my classes where the elderly shame me with their flexibility and in-shape-ness. :)
