Well cutting out Atkins bars, bacon, and diet pop was a good idea since the scale is moving again!

I am gonna be hot and healthy soon if I keep it up. And keep it up I am. Today I am going through all my cupboards and get rid of all of my pasta, cereals, canned goods, junk and give it to the neighbors. My fridge will be free of all dressings, sauces etc.I will have meat, spices, eggs, sparingly health food store cheese, olive oil, butter, and an abundance of vegetables with sparing fruit.

I am starting a processed free food lifestyle! I am taking my silent reflux and chronic cough seriously and a high fat diet agitates the reflux so I have to make serious changes like starting a Paleo diet vs the Atkins diet or face stay on medication for the rest of my days.

I will lose weight and I will be losing my cough naturally! Super Stoked. I am down 20 lbs and only 25 to go! I am nearly half way there!!!!!!!!!

Super job!! Whoot! If you're looking for a good paleo book or info - I highly recommend Practical Paleo. She can be found on FB also under Balanced Bites, and has a lot of podcasts on iTunes under Balanced Bites as well. I will mention though, that Paleo is high fat and the ratios are quite like Atkins, although Paleo advocates lots of fermented foods as well. I'm sure you'll do great when you figure out what you can and can't eat - no one diet is right for everyone - we have to tweak it for our own selves. Have a great Saturday!

So true that is! Not everyones body is the same and not one regimented way of eating will work for everyone! Cleaning out the cupboards feels awesome...so does cleaning out the fridge and realizing most of the bad processed foods is already out of it.
