hellooooo...well i am back on the fast today..the weekend is the hardest part for me to fast idk how i will make i need prayers but what ill prob do is make a slim fast shake or something...yesterday my boss took me our for lunch and we order thai food and i didn't care for it that much so i only took a few bites and that was it i also at spring rolls and they were ok..i felt bad becasue i just didn't like thai food...but hey i will know next time don't eat there..but a update again on my son he is doing well...thanks again for everyone wishing him well prayers do work...i haven't been working out AT all and it is a shame but being in the hospital all them days sure where you out and especially working and making sure your kid is ok...but next week i see me going back to my gym craze and working out in the morning again...i still do little stuff like a work take the stairs and park very far away from my building so i can get some kind of excersice in and drink plenty of water. i will do another weigh in next thursday but until then HAPPY FRIDAY <3


Good luck with your fast, I know how hard it can be. The longest fast I've ever done was 35 days and it was the master cleanse. It was easy only because I was so busy with school, my husband was deployed, and we had no children then. lol I've tried to fast again since then, and let me tell you, it is so hard when your family is around. The best advice I can give you though is whenever you think about eating, drink lots of water to make yourself feel full. That way you won't want to eat anymore. This works rather you are fasting of not. Glad to hear your son is doing better. And don't feel bad about not working out, there is nothing wrong with taking a break. It gives your muscles a little break too, especially if you were working out super hard. Good luck and Good Friday!!!

thanks i appreciate that..and 35 days OMGG lol how much weight did you loose and yes it is hard with family becasue my husband and son both eat like crazy..honestly i am loosing this weight so i can have another baby...

I lost about 45 pounds total. It took a while to gain it back too, it didn't come right back like most people say it will. I picked up my bad eating habits so of course it came back. I was also working out with that fast.

It was the master cleanse diet which consists of water, grade b maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and fresh squeezed lemon juice. To be honest I wouldn't do it again because I don't have the willpower it takes to see it through. The only type of fast I would do now is a smoothie fast, or perhaps the slim fast shakes like you are doing. That master cleanse mix was straight up nasty. Something else that works pretty good and gives you the opportunity to eat is intermittment fasting. It basically allows you to set a certain amount of hours that you can eat per day. For example when I did it last year, I fasted between 8pm - 4pm. I ate anything I wanted between 4pm - 8pm. This combined with Atkins will shed the fat fast. I've actually been thinking about doing this again.

For example If I was to start today (which I am lol). The last things I eat will be by 8PM. I will not eat any food again until 4PM tomorrow. I will have to stop eating tomorrow at 8PM. I will repeat this. So there is only a four hour window in which I can eat. You may want to google eat stop eat to find out more info. And as I stated earlier, this combined with Atkins would literally melt the fat away.
