Dear diet-diary, My name is Anna, I am 16 y. o. student. I want to learn how to eat healthy food only when I'm really hungry (after few yaers my problems can turn to ED and it is bad). Now I eat 1200 kcal a day, but the next week I'm goind to continue with 1300... Since January 2013 I have already lost about 10 kg, so I can do it- I'll do it)
