My left ankle. When I was 10 or 11 I broke it. My mom didnt believe me that it hurt (i was a tad dramatic as a child) so she kind of let me crawl around on it before we went to the Dr. It hasnt been right since then.. When I was 18 or 19 I majorly torn some ligaments. This time I didnt go to the Dr. My ankle has major scar tissue and pretty much always looks kind of swollen. A couple days ago I woke up to a limp. I havent been to the gym since Monday? So it wasnt anything I did to myself I just woke up with a major OWIE ankle. Its a little better than it was yesterday today. but it is still swollen on the side it isnt normally swollen. Going up and down stairs sucks and running even to the bus is wrong and painful. Much of my weight loss has been on account to the use of the elliptical 4 times a week or so.. My body doesnt really respond to less calories unless it is what the computer considers bad because it is less than 1200 calories. Right now for me to kee my 2 lb a week loss avergae the computer has me eating 1590 calories. This is difficult already but it was more doable when I work out because it holds me accountable better than just telling myself to not eat.

I really want to be to 289 by Nov 1. Can I still do it? Without starving?

you will be suprised how much food 1590 calories really is. I eat on average between 1500 and 1640 calories a day as long as I am eating wholesome foods that are filling I am not starving, but if i eat 1500 empty calories i could chew someones foot off! just keep up what your doing and eat good healthy foods and you should be able to be at your goal or very very close to it by Nov 1!
