The scale has decided to start moving again. YEAH!! It feels good to see some movement. It also feels good to get into smaller sizes. I'm planning on going to KC this coming weekend and doing a lot of walking, so I'll be burning those calories and toning the muscle. We're only going to be there for 2 days, but it will be a nice change of pace. Overall things are going well. I wish my activity level was better than it is, but that will come with time.

Give yourself the credit you deserve! In less than one year, you've lost 95 pounds (and look how much you lost before you had the surgery). That's phenomenal! You're building good habits in a way that they'll last so that you'll continue to get healthier. Walking in KC sounds nice. Have a wonderful time.
