8.8 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

my inaccurate waist measuring:

horizontally passing 1 inch below the navel: 82.6 cm
horizontally passing over the navel: 79.6 cm


Yesterday I was out. I could try to "reconstruct" what I ate while I was out but it wasn't going to be anything near reality so I just gave up on the idea lol.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
