Wow.. the weight loss has been working out.
I've been doing simple things to keep my metabolism up and my food intake healthy.
Having a fruit smoothie for breakfast. I only use real fresh or frozen fruit. No ice, no juice, no sugar or anything.
I add aloe to my smoothie when possible.
I try to have warm lemon water at least once a day.
I also have been taking my multivitamin, garlic capsules (for cholesterol), fish oil, and Juice Plus (it works as a detox/antioxidant).
My theory on exercise is - as long as Im out of the house and not eating unhealthy, I will be moving around and burning calories. This is what I have been trying to do.
This works for me and the weight is coming off!
