Fiber one bars at night?
Oh, and going to bed early is not an option. I'm up late getting things done!

Fiber one bars at night?
Thank you guys for all the feedback! I think fruit is surely a great choice. Also, as mentioned anything not processed is a great idea! Since I need carbs if my blood sugar is low, I cant do vegetables really. But fruit is a great choice!

Fiber one bars at night?
Yeah I actually ate a carmel fiber one bar lol.
But I take insulin so there are no pills for me. The only reason it happens is because Im up unusually late.
I have graham crackers so I will try that as well. I guess I need to find some healthy foods to eat before bed!

Fiber one bars at night?
Ok everyone, I have a serious problem with staying up late at night and eating. I just cant help it.
Im diabetic and when I stay up late my blood sugar goes low so at times I end up just eating a lot of snacks.
Are fiber one bars a good choice for a late night snack? or an I better off just eating anything. They have carbs, sugar, and protein.. but is that good for when youre about to go to bed?
Thanks for any feedback!
