Lazy Sunday!! My lazy butt slept 10 hrs.!! I woke up, took off my cpap mask, and promptly fell back to sleep!!

Yea, I have severe sleep apnea. Since I got my cpap, I do sleep better (other than being walked on by cats!) and I wake up feeling really good, better than I have in years!!

The cat in question, is my Tuxie Bonkers. She has taken to walking over my hubby and I while we try to sleep. She sometimes just curls up with the hubby and goes to sleep. Most times, she will stand on me and meow!! I think she needs to get used to mommy having that funny thing on her face!! =^.^=

I had a decent day yesterday, but a bad calorie day. Not because I ate a ton of things I wasn't supposed to, but because I didn't even make 800 calories....

Now that the shopping is done, that is going to change. I have to go to Wal-Mart today and pick up a kitchen scale. And some new vacuum seal bags. Then I can measure out good portions by weight.

We went to Sams Club yesterday, and I tried this sauce called Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce. That stuff was Awesome!! 17 grams of carbs and 70 calories a serving, which is 2 tablespoons. I made some burgers and put that on top. Ate those (2) burgers with no bread, but on top of my salad. Awesome dinner!!Its pretty versatile. You can spread it on anything, just about. Has a wonderful sweet hot taste, but not real hot. My new friend!

Got lots of baby spinach to use up too. My salads will have diced cheese, or shredded, depending on my mood, pepperoni, and my homemade lemon dill dressing. All on top of 2 cups of iceburg/romaine blend! Very filling and quite tasty!! And higher in protein and fat than carbs, which is where I am headed.

I'm also getting a little exercise today walking back and forth from the living room to our computer room. I introduced the hubby to a facebook game I play, and he keeps asking me questions about it!! Lord, gotta love him!!I'm on the laptop in the living room,he's on the desktop in the 'puter room...lol!!!

Well, off to make my salad and hubby some hotdogs.
