I've been craving chocolate and sweets this week! Maybe I'll eat an apple and see if it goes away! Chocolate sounds so good though.... why does this happen to us women?

happens to me on a daily basis..matter of fact several times a day. I have a horrible sweet tooth. Here are a few things I usually try. 1. diet hot coco 1pt per package, sweet and chocolatly, sometimes i will add a tablespoon of fat free cool whip with a squirt of sugar free chocolate syrup. 2. Sugar free fat free chocolate pudding, great toped with cool whip also! 3. Glass of nonfat chocolate milk..made with sugar free chocolate syrup,,suprisinly filling! Last but not least 4. dark chocolate and I ration myself one serving, (I store it in the freezer so I dont have to see it everytime i walk into the kitchen). give these a try, let me know how it goes!
