I had a long break from my running and that really messed it up, but I'm back to 2 1 /2 miles again.

Oh I so hear you about running! It gets easier, but for me it's never going to be not difficult. I find if I push myself to run, by the end of the first mile I am in my groove and I can kind of stick it out. Two and half miles is not too shabby at all! You're doing great!
