I liked what I had for breakfast this morning: alternative bagel with 2/3 tbsp of peanut butter, a small apple and 2/3 glass of ff milk. Only 4.5 pts, but it totally held me from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM!! I am going to remember this combo again...

Slimfast shake for lunch. Yummmm!
