Same weight...Been treadmilling for four weeks now 5-6 days a week for 40 minutes at a 3 pace as well as incline 3 every five minutes for two minutes. No weight coming off which is frustrating but I have noticed a difference in body shape. I need to do a strict two weeks with no cheat carb days on the weekend- I'm stalled because I haven't done this yet.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight

If you're noticing a difference in the body shape, go with that. Much more predictable than a scale.
