six weeks of treadmill- 3 pounds lost, three days of strict low carb-almost three pounds lost... Iknow, muscle gained but ugh, I like to see the scale drop. ANyway, seems like im finally starting to drop actual pounds.

Same weight...Been treadmilling for four weeks now 5-6 days a week for 40 minutes at a 3 pace as well as incline 3 every five minutes for two minutes. No weight coming off which is frustrating but I have noticed a difference in body shape. I need to do a strict two weeks with no cheat carb days on the weekend- I'm stalled because I haven't done this yet.

finally getting somewhere- was 186.5 the other day but ate salty food and went to 189 :O Back down to 187.5

sick with flu, fibroids, hormonal BS and restarted Fibristal for fibroids which can cause weight gain- ugh- lets see if I can beat the odds- haven't been able to beat the
same five pounds soooo......
