Hey Fs'ers! Been a crazy fun past weekend and I'm finally NOT tired from it all...ha! We all had a great time at the local Dozinky days and we're all almost back to normal! I felt like I had eaten a ton, but in reality I did not at all. I was proud of myself after the fact. I guess I really am making WW a life-habit, hu? I actually was up 1 lb. but back down the next day...must have been the 'beverage' consumption that I will blame it on :o)!
Homecoming week here in our little town, so this week is busy for the kiddo's will a bunch of fun activities. I'll fill my SUV with a ton of local kids and head to the game Friday night...however, we'll all have to paint/dress ourselves in crazy school colors and such first, ya know...wouldn't be homecoming without it! :o)

It seems SO easy and pretty darn healthy. Not that I'm wanting totally to change my 'eating habit'...just interested maybe in changing it up...anyone try it yet?? I'm interested to know.
I seem to be more focused lately...much needed as I NEED to kick this 136 to the curb already and INCREASE the gravitational pull on my chart over there! I committed to running a 5K with a couple friends (not until spring...but HEY...I COMMITTED TO IT!) so over the next few months I'm gonna really pump up the activity....well, to be honest START SOME activity and I wanna all out RUN that thing. I CAN DO IT...I KNOW IT! I figure if I can walk 8 miles in a little over 1 hour 40 minutes I can do this...ya know, I should just try running some of that 8 miles today...hummm...I'll try it and report back to ya to see how I did...:o)
I must say...I truly love this site...I read about your lives and get inspired...I read your journals and comments and feel like 'that's me' and can relate...sometimes I have not experienced your exact situation, but I learn so much from you all...I hope and wish you all well...I wish you to find your 'ultimate goal'...and you find peace in yourselves and enjoy life!

And you said MY journal was postive? LOL, look at you today!! Awesome stuff! Good for you!! Kick that plateau to the curb. Increasing your activity level may be just what you need!

Sounds like you have some FUN things coming up! Have a great time. Kudos to you for committing to the 5K in the spring. You have lots of time to train for it. GO FOR IT!!! :) (((HUGS)))

hey buddy! quick hi..good to know you had a good weekend and enjoyed the good stuff without the gain! Yeah, I totally agree--the running will help!! It's working for me---I totally recommend it to shake things up!!!
