I usually do so well during the week. But from Friday thru Sunday I have a hard time . I seem to graze eat all weekend. I also have a couple of drinks . I could use some help. Also every other week I work late. Which means I have a hard time coming home and fixing something light. Any suggestion would be very helpful.
