This morning's weigh-in probably represents water loss from running 12 miles yesterday (6 in the morning and 6 in the evening) and going to bed slightly hungry. I had effectively two lunches of about 500 calories each, so I never got super hungry like I sometimes do which I think leads me to overeat at dinner.
