After desperately trying to loose weight over a long period of time with no results, I decided to try recording everything I eat during the day. Hopefully this will show me what I am doing wrong.
It doesn't help that I'm currently on medication that has the rather annoying side effect "weight gain", but I am hoping that the mere fact that I have to record my food intake for others to see, will affect my food choices and make me loose weight.
Fingers crossed :)
Edit: I wont be logging water and tea or coffee with no milk or sweetener, as they are so close to 0 calories.
