Had my parents in ABQ for a week so we ate out. This reflects dieting Tuesday through Saturday. Finally this week I should be able to have a complete week of dieting.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
