I gained 16 pounds because I haven't focused on me. I think I put importance on the needs of everyone around me and never myself. As of today, I'm taking time for ME because I LOVE MYSELF AND I AM IMPORTANT!

Hi Opal, My name is Angela , And I struggle every day with my weight. I started out at 294 and went to the dr. and got started on phentermine it has helped I have lost 36 lbs The problem is It is starting not to work as well and now I am struggling bad.Thursday and Friday both I fell off and crashed, but I am going to pick up the pieces and get right back on track, so if ya want to be my buddy maybe we can help each other through this :)My first goal is 250 and I am 8 lbs from that and then I am going to try to get to 225.But I need all the encouragement I can get to help me stay on the right track.. Oh I am from Missouri but live in Arkansas and have 2 grown daughters and a 12 year old son..
