My weight is going down, but I have not been tracking what I eat. I don't know why it is going down. I can only guess as to why the reason. I don't have a microwave anymore and I don't want one. To easy to heat up junk food. I have not been going out to eat as much. I know that is a big one, but I was already slowing down on fast food. I am afraid I am not getting enough calories. Even when I was tacking food I was not getting what I needed. I really hope that is not it!! I NEED TO START TRACKING MY FOOD AND FIND THE EXTRA CAL!!
A good start for today, but I have high fat and low cal again. It's always high fat and I don't know what to do to get the cal up. I'm not looking forward to running into a roadblock or a trampoline. NOT SLEEPING AGAIN
