Happy Friday!!! So glad it is Friday. I exercised on the treadmill yesterday even though I was about to procrastinate again but pushed through and glad I did. Hopefully I can keep it up!
364.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 184.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
