Hopefully this can be adjusted at a later date.

Today I started a membership on this site to help track weight loss/gain and better manage what works. Clearly what I'm doing isn't working and I'd rather nip my weight gain before it becomes a serious problem.

This is a long-term process, because crash diets don't work for me at all. We'll see how this goes. :)
