My name is Kelly. I'm a 34 year old mother of two in WA. Since my daughter's birth in 2008 I haven't done much to control my weight and recently I've skyrocketed to my highest non-pregnant weight. My clothes aren't fitting well and that has added to mountain of stress that my life has become. It's time to tap into my circle of influence and create more balance in life.

Make "10's" a part of daily routine (or regular exercise)
Drink 8 cups of water/day
Institute weekly prep
