today is the day to start living, truely living.The big diet starts Monday when I begin what a group of facebookers are calling the 21 day challenge.I have a hard time giving up icecream and cake but I'm going to do it
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
