I haven't lost any weight this week but I'm not too surprised as I've had a weekend with eating out etc.... but at least I haven't put any weight on!
I think I need to do some serious exercise!
208.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
