Today I am starting a low-carb, Atkins-style dietary regimen. My initial goal is to keep daily carbs at, or below, 25 grams. I anticipate achieving my goal weight in about 12 weeks. At such time I also anticipate adjusting my regimen to around 50 carbs a daily to achieve weight maintenance.
We'll see!
