It's late. I'm staying up way too late. I'm off to see my daughters tomorrow. They live on the other side of the state. I'm feeling some stress about getting everything done before I leave...and still be able to leave on time. I think the weekend will be ok, food- and exercise-wise. Not much eating out, the ability to go for walks whenever I want. (I think I will take my grandson for a hike.) There may be some stress. There usually is when we are all together. I'm hoping it's minimal, and I'm hoping the walking will minimize even that.
I'm exercising a lot and feeling very good about it. The dancing is wonderful...I think we've settled on a swing class and a waltz class...dances after the lessons. The arthritis foundation's water exercise class most days is great too. The lowest impact short of swimming, but easier than swimming. Stretching and range of motion focus. And very social with a lot of other women.
And now it's midnight. Time to tuck it in for the night.

Hi a few mins ago I recorded about reading the journals and advice and comfort I find in them , Yr journal is excatly what I meant, I'm trying to exercise more but my right knee and foot stops me from doing to much then I read yr journal about arthritis foundation's water exercise class, did not even think of contacting the Irish Foundation, looked them up in site now and they run a programme called Living Well with Arthritis Programme, did not see a Cork group but emailed them, So thank you, and enjoy yr weekend
