Well, surprisingly enough, another bit of loss this last week. It has to be all the dancing. Oh NO! That means I will have to keep it up!!
I've come to the realization that I do not get near enough protein. I've decided I will add more by having at least some protein every time I eat. Breakfat and snacks seem to be the most typical no-protein meals. So that's a new strategy for this week coming.
So we're off...and dancing rather than running!
