Continued with the somewhat liberal intake of delicious things for the past two weeks and finally hit the point where it may have been a little too much. No problem: if anything, it was interesting to see how many nuts I could eat on a regular basis before I started plateauing. It seems that it is a lot more than it used to be. Nevertheless, once I started plateauing, I cut back down a bit, and things have been back to normal so far.

I've been doing coffee in the morning with a nut snack post workout, but I've also been having some of Alex's flour-less banana bread (which is truly amazing) and little things in the morning, so I'm probably not rrreeeallly in a fasting state with just my coffee. I've also been making my own unsweetened nutella and having it in the mornings. And having half of a peach with Alex for dessert. Going through a can of coconut milk about once a week. Stuff like that.

I haven't been feeling super high energy. Digestion has been quite regular. I've been drinking a decent amount of water via tea. Oh, and I haven't gotten my period for over 2 months - god damn it! The two possibilities are that it is either because of absolute weight or weight (fat) change. If it's the change, then eventually, I will stop losing fat and my period should come back. If it's because of my absolute weight, then that sucks because I'm not thaaat light... I'm no bag of bones!

Workouts have been pretty good. As I exclaimed in my last post, I did my first pull up (kinda)! I'm very proud. I also started noticing some more definition in my hamstrings this morning. Definitely making progress.
