The past two weeks: the large consumption of nuts and things probably caught up with me. A week ago, the scale started to creep up, and, as I have tried to be pretty diligent this week, it's back down. Between aesthetic and digestive concerns, it is probably time to cut way back on the nuts. Alex is going out of town this coming week, so I am going to liver-up and do whatever I can think of to get my digestive system healthy as fast as possible. And maybe get a period, but I don't want to get my hopes up (it has been over two months now).

I got results from my colonoscopy back the other day: there is some "chronic inflammation." The doctor didn't make a point of saying it was a particular condition like IBD or Crohn's or anything. While I find this perplexing (I developed chronic inflammation after eliminating grains and sugar and shit from my diet???!), it is interesting and good in that I now know that my painful digestion symptoms are indeed an observable issue. So I can monitor my condition by keeping track of my digestion. Thankfully, I already have some data from this journal. So I haven't completely formulated my plan of action, but there will be some dietary intervention coming soon in the effort to eliminate this inflammation and get healthy! I can't get a good grip on whether it should focus on prebiotics/probiotics, elimination of foods (i.e. nuts, nightshades and eggs), or something else.

Speaking of this, some of my movements have been REALLY painful recently, including one that kept me up for hours last night. Good god.

Other than that, things have been good. Workouts are good, except that I still have this little torn thing in my right arm. We have been getting to the gym a little late recently, maybe partially because our boss is out of town. It's nice because I'm less groggy, but obviously not something to strive for.
123.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
