I was a bit surprised at how much more I had eaten yesterday than most days. I had the munchies all day and didn't know what to do with it. Today I feel like I'm more on track. I've eaten the right things I think with the exception of dumplings and I ate only a few pieces of that. I had been wanting them for quite some time and decided I better have a few. I think I'm trying to start another cycle so I feel a bit bloated today (the lima beans didn't help much either!) I was up 0.5 lbs this am, maybe it'll be better tomorrow.
