having some issues this week. i weighed in at 143.4 tuesday, went up to 145.4 the next day and think by weighing tonight that tomorrow will be another gain. not eating bad and been exercising so just getting a bit frustrated. i know there are fluctuations, but hard not to get annoyed when you are doing things right and it isn't showing!

Your getting quite a bit of sodium in your diet. That can make the scale go up from water weight. Fiber one bars, wheat thins,oscar myer turkey, etc all contain quite a bit of sodium. You will do better by starting your day with some protein and fiber (yogurt and fruit). Kashi go lean is high protein and high fiber cereal and tasty. Add a half of banana and a little milk or yogurt. Squeeze in more fruits and veggies. It can make a big difference. Get plenty of water/liquids to flush out sodium. You can do it.
