Alright, so far so good. I may have figured out how to swing 12hr night shift and eating and exercising. It may not be easy but when is anything worth doing easy? Even though I haven't been logging my food I have kept to induction and tallied the numbers in my head, I also have been working my will power muscle by declining those late night fast food and chocolate binges my other fellow nurses try and talk me into. I'm feeling pretty positive about my effort and not over thinking this process, just gonna make it feel natural to try and curb those darn sugar cravings.

WTG, Grace! I hate when friends and co-workers won't take a simple "no". I know they are usually just teasing in jest, but if they only thought about how hard that first can no can be at times. Wtg on being strong and holding out. You've got this! I ended up joining a site called dietbet.com. The thought of losing my $$ over a measily .1 lb has really helped me to push past those late night chocolate cravings.
