Sooooo want to eat something sweet right now. A spoonful or two of peanut butter would work. However, I have a nice sweet potato roasting in the oven and chicken breast waiting to be fried. I don't wanna spoil my appetite so I won't have that peanut butter. Yet.

Now on the progress! In a week I lost about 3 cm in my chest. Why is it fat loss always starts up there? Waist and butt stay the same for now (but not for long, right? I know, don't answer that).

That's it, I guess!
