Day 1 and so far so good. It's not even 9 am yet, so I still have the whole day ahead of me. I feel good though about this. I planned out my whole day last night, and there's no room for junk. I do cook most of my meals from scratch. It's how my mom cooked, and I've never cared for the taste of boxed meals. My problem is the chips, candy, pop, and eating out in between meals. I'm glad I started this diet at the beginning of the month. I'm excited to see my results at the end of July :)
