Still trying hard, but added a few extra carbs, cos I am having a hard time with the carb restrictions. Thinking of doing another 2 weeks of induction starting tomorrow if I can build up the strength to do so.
Hard with the wedding season, or should I wait till after July7th. But if I wait my hubby will come down from CA and we are traving to Niagra Falls Canada, that will be harder, oh what to do.

Okay maybe I can restrict the cabs till the wedding and then restart after the wedding till my hubby comes. Then when he leaves for CA again I will go back to 20g carbs a day till I get to my goal weight.

Yes that is a plan.
