Day 109

Picked up a pedometer on Thursday! Looks like 6471 steps is me on a normal work day! We have to track steps for the "Sassy" challenge coming up, and I'm planning on sticking to it. This is one of the challenges that force you to hold yourself accountable. If anyone has any good exercise for the arms and torso, please let me know!

I can't wait!
