My last two workouts have been really good. I felt like I was exploding with energy so I think what I eat really makes a difference and eating something small an hour before is good. Or have a large 400 cal breakfast before my workout 3 hours later. I have been trying to drink a lot more water and eat less junk food which I do not enjoy anyway because it doesn't make me feel good and leaves me bloated.
