My morning wt. this morning at 144.8 this morning was a surprise as I ate enchilada casserole last night at my SIL's home. Spent 5 hrs in the car driving so not much physical activity either, so I'm pleasantly surprised. Not much of a change on the scales for the challenge but I'm not giving up.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
