First weigh-in after my return from Walt Disney World. I gained 2.5 pounds, but I'm going to attribute that to muscle gain. We did a hell of a lot of walking and I think my leg muscles got into shape.
My weight gain had absolutely nothing to do with the all the beers I sampled around the world in Epcot. Nor did it have anything to do with all the fabulous meals we ate.
Yep, it was the walking.
