Started a whole bunch of new workout classes, so this is my usual five pound water retention. Very frustrating, because I have been following my plan perfectly, drinking a ton of water, and watching my salt intake. But I am going to start weighing daily, no matter what. So we shall see.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
