Today I start week 9. I have been "on the wagon" for 8 weeks. As of my weigh in today, (201.2) I have lost 14 pounds. That is 1.75 pounds a week.

I am still feeling good about my goals. Dave and I go to the symphony in 2 weeks and I would like to be 199, (2 pounds in 2 weeks. . .)

For my birthday, in 11 weeks, I would like to be 189 (12 pounds in 11 weeks).

201.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
