Hi Charmy, I know this is hard. I have been struggling for years with my weight. I like the Atkins diet but I get stuck at one weight after a while once I've lost about 15 pounds, so now I am counting calories and the weight is coming off but slow. I HATE exercise but I am forcing myself to do almost every day now. Hang in there and if I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to chat with me. Wishing you the best.

Keep your head up. Don't let the scale beat you. If you stick to it, eat healthy, and exercise, the weight will come off. You just have to keep pushing ahead.
