Today I had a small bowl of caption crunch for breakfast. I am working to having a better eating lifestyle to achieve steady, gradual and effective weight loss that will not relapse.
So, I plan to write out my meals fo each day Prepare them myself Watch my portions Follow my daily caloric intake Eat snacks ( fruits n veggies) And time each meal n snack
It's 12:31pm I shoul have already had a snack n should be preparing my lunch right now.
