Today is the first offical day of my new diet. Even though I did it all yesterday I decided to make today the offical kick off. And it has been going well. I got up weighed myself sighed and headed into the kitchen for some water. Got my two glasses of water down then went back in my room turned on the music and did 20 minutes of Crunches.

Then I got ready for the day before eating a bowl of cereal. I decided that instead of drinking the milk which is only a cup and has 122 calories I would eat the cereal toss the milk and drink a glass of water. Which has no calories.

But I was wondering is it best to eat then exercise in the morning or does it make a difference at all? But in a few minutes I'm going out for my walk so either way my system doesn't get a chance to slow down. It's in the morning when I do the most.

Is that a good thing or should I do more in the afternoon. I try to be done by four and I try to eat no later then six. Should I change that and eat dinner earlier and exercise for the last time later?

Went walking and it felt great until I hit the hour and twenty five minute mark. That was when the stomach pains hit me. Not the I've been doing too much exercise stomach pains the it's that time of the month stomach pains so I brought it in.

I don't really tend to cramp up during that time of the month but when I do there is no moving and I don't want that to throw me off of my diet. I have to do this and I wonder if there is something I can take for the cramping and lack of energy. Any thoughts?
