Brendiona's Journal, 11 September 2008

I woke up this morning and was all I WILL DO THIS! And Proceeded to drink 2 glasses of water for the water challenge then I went in my room turned on some music and did my hundred crunches. Then I went to the bathroom and got on the scale and was like NOO! But I did weigh less then yesterday afternoon sigh. So now I'm going to go walk then do more crunches then eat lunch and more crunches and then walk so yes I will exercise while I still have the desire to do it! I don't know how long this enthusiasim will last so I've got to make the best of it.

I did more crunches. I do my crunches in 10 minute intervels. And I have discovered the world of reverse crunches. They are ten times easier then regular crunches and I feel the burn more. And I don't strain my neck and head like when I do regular.

So I've decided to start doing reverse crunches and some say it burns more then normal crunches. Anyone know about that? And I have to head to the store and pick up a litle kid ball to put between my legs to increase intensity.

So I went to this site called and it tells you how much fat you burn doing stuff you know like when you want to put something in your journal but you're not sure how much it burns you can go to fatburn and it'll tell you.

But that's not what I'm getting at. I asked it what would I have to do if I wanted to lose 3lbs a week just walking and doing crunches (its under calistetics) and then put in how much time I was willing to do it and when I told it walking 3 mph for 90 min and calistetics for 60 min every day. That's two and a half hours of exercsise a day and I can break it up. But that's not the point. The point is it told me that if I did this and ate no more then 1,356 cal a day I could do this.

So I guess that means I have forty more minutes of calistetics and 38 more minutes of walking left today. And 1034 but I can only have 1300 cals a week so 978 calories for lunch and dinner. Sigh doesn't look like that big of a number but hey I can do it.

So I was doing my crunches and was all dude I can do these in twenty minute intervels. The only problem is the longer I do them the harder it is since my stomach starts to burn when I lay down.

I'm fine sitting up but as soon as I get into crunch position I feel my last workout. But right now I'm thinking about doing more and that isn't a bad thing. But I don't want to over do it then well not be able to move tommorrow. *sigh* But i'm just so excited to see the scale and I have to keep this up no matter what temptation is thrown at me.

I even have my granny walking with me later.

So granny didn't come and since I was waiting for her I left out later then I meant to. But hey I still left out. Did my last set of crunches for a total of one hour and did all my walking with 4 extra minutes. Can you believe it?

I can't but I wonder what to have for dinner. Only have 456 caloires if I'm correct. or 453 So maybe a bowl of cereal? Since I'm not cooking. But I could really use some meat today.

Then again maybe granny will cook something...or I can cook it. Now watch me go in there to cook and see the calories and run in hide...oh a sandwich sounds good.
